The Voyagers will try to stop the losing skid which now reached four while the Sharks are aiming to extend their winning streak to four when the 2019 MPBL Lakan Cup resumes in Makati this afternoon.

Team Pasay is coming from a defeat versus the Bulacan Kuyas last November 14 at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium.

That game needed two extra quarters to decide which squad is the winner and it went to the home team.

Kuya’s player Dennis Gabriel Santos iced the game when he swished all of his three free-throws.

Voyager’s Elmar Moradas had the chance to steal the victory but his pass to his teammate got intercepted and eventually lost the opportunity to tie the game or even escape with a victory.

Alejandrino Antonio Inigo and Dhon Reverente each scored 19 points to lead Pasay in scoring.

For team Cebu on the other hand, they’re coming from a convincing win versus the Navotas UniPak Sardines last November 13 at the Ynares Center.

As usual, the Sharks to their bread-and-butter offense which is to dominate the low-post area where they punished their opponent with 52 points. Likewise, their second unit played much better compared to Navotas’ bench unit, 61-21.

William Bill Jr. Mcaloney led Cebu City with his hulking performance where he delivered 32 points and 14 boards.
