Before the main event has started, the usual dance-off competition from the opposing teams were enjoyed by the fans.

Probably the funniest part of that contest is when the North All-Stars groove to the tunes of Juan Carlos’ “Buwan”.

In the first quarter, immediately Paul Lee and Marcio Lassiter of the North All-Stars drained their respective three-pointers.

Japeth Aguilar on the other hand turned the event as like his personal show as he made several alley-oop dunks.

In the second period, the South All-Stars cut the deficit to only ten points, 62-52 midway in the quarter but the South All-Stars found a way to diffuse the comeback attempt of their opponent.

Arwind Santos was seen throwing his now instinct signature dunk, the “Spiderman Slam”. Since this is an exhibition game, the should-be technical foul wasn’t called by the referees.

During the halftime, a 3X3 show was played and it was team Patrimonio versus the team Codinera.

Team Patrimonio was ahead and Robert Bolick can close it with a two-pointer, 19-16. However, the 2018 third overall pick unable to find the bottom of the nets and that means opportunity for their opponent.

CJ Perez made it 20-19 in favor for them and it was Isaac Go who finished the match with his jumper.

In the third quarter the South displayed some defense and this time around they were able to close the gap at 90-92. Still, the North All-Stars able to find ways to make an answer as the lead ballooned once again.

Japeth Aguilar continued his stellar performance with his several highlight reels. One of it was the slam dunk over-the-head of June Mar Fajardo.

In the fourth quarter the South All-Star domination continues and this time around they didn’t gave any chance for the South All-Stars to make a comeback.

One of the highlights in the last period was when Benjie Paras made dunk with a little boost provided by June Mar Fajardo.

The final score is 185-170 in favor of the North All-Stars. The 2019 All-Stars MVP goes to Arwind Santos and Japeth Aguilar.

Also, the North All-Stars won the dance off contest where they will also take home 100,00 pesos.
