Here are the scores and the results of the PBA games scheduled on May 19, 2019 (Sunday).

In the second match of the opening day of the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup will feature the Alaska Aces and the Columbian Dyip.

Jerramy King is expected to return after he suffered a right-knee injury during the All-Filipino conference and was reported to be out for two months.

King was Columbian leading scorer back in the 43rd PBA season and was one of the breakout players also in that year.

The Aces on the other hand are also hoping for the return of one of their key personnel, Vic Manuel. Yet, despite of their injury-bug campaign last conference, they were able to manage to qualify in the playoffs.

Meralco vs Blackwater Box Score

In the first game it will be between the Meralco Bolts and the Blackwater Elite. Both squads are eyeing to log its first victory for the new conference and will use it to build its winning momentum.

Blackwater has signed Alex Stepheson who was a former Bolts foreign hire who helped them in their 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup campaign.

This year, Meralco seems like changed their import type. In the past two years they have hired hefty foreign players, this time around they’ll introduce an athletic type big-man in Gani Lawal.

Lawal is a second round pick of the Phoenix Suns back in the 2010 NBA Draft.
