The TNT squad was slightly outscored by Rain or Shine in the second quarter. The Elastopainters then maintained their scoring barrage against TNT in the third period and got their largest winning margin in the contest as they tallied 22 points while holding back TNT with only 14 points.
In the fourth quarter of the matchup, the arena was filled with excitement and crucial plays by both teams. This is the quarter where the Tropang Giga team managed to come back into the game. With 27 seconds left in the game clock, TNT’s Jayson Castro opted to drive towards the rim to tie the game at 76-78. Using his quick speed, Castro delivered a two-pointer to tie the match, resulting in overtime.

Mocon had 19 points for Phoenix in the losing effort while Manganti had eleven points as he came as a second unit. Wright only had nine points against Magnolia and converted four of his ten attempts.
