The Meralco Bolts is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Talk ‘N Text KaTropa Texters at 7:00 P.M. on March 24, 2017 in Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Bolts have an oppurtunity this evening to lead the pack if they’ll able to get another W and register 3-0 in the 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup standings.
Merlaco’s Alex Stephenson role for the team is working for the basketball system designed by coach Norman Black. Looking at his stats, he’s not really a scorer but more of a glass cleaner type of a player.
In his past two games with the Bolts, Stephenson is averaging 22.5 rebounds along with his 14.5 points.

Lou Amundson will make his PBA debut this evening after the KaTropa shipped back their initial foreign hire choice Denzel Bowles due to “not being fit”.
Amundson is one of the successful undrafted NBA players who played in the league for 10 years. In the 2014-15 NBA season, he saw an influx in his minutes per game with the New York Knicks.
He averaged 6.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in that stretch.
