The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Merlaco Bolts at 7:00 P.M. on March 29, 2017 in Mall of Asia Arena.
This evening will be like a championship game treat for every PBA fans as the league will feature its two finest teams.
Both RoS and Meralco are still flawless in this early start of 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup and they’re tied at 3 wins apiece.
One of the obvious reasons for the Bolts’ success is the dominance of their import inside the painted area. Alex Stepheson is currently beating the boards with his 24 rebounds per game.
The Bolts backcourt duo of Baser Amer and Chris Newsome are also performing well this conference. Both guards are having a combined 30 points per game.
The Elasto Painters are shining bright in the conference where they won a championship a year ago.
The other good news for RoS fans is that, James Yap has found its old shooting form and became a scoring machine once again.
“Big Game James” is currently averaging 16 points per game.
