The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters have snapped their two-game skid after they have defeated the Alaska Aces, 86-84.
That victory didn’t come as easy for Rain or Shine as Denzel Bowles needed to sit-down in the entire second half after he suffered an injury.
Alaska took advantage of the situation as they made a surge in the third quarter.
Yet, coach Caloy Garcia made his adjustments and probably he used the injury of Bowles to motivate his local players which they responded.
One of those players who stepped-up his game was Mark Borboran who delivered 11 points from the bench.
He was also named as the Best Player of the Game.
Chris Banchero paced the Aces with his 24 points and nine assists performance while their import Diamond Simpson chipped in with 22 points and 23 rebounds.
With the victory, ROS has improved to 4-5 slate while the Aces is now at its four-game slide and staring on their 4-6 record.
