The Talk ‘N Text KaTropa Texters secured another win against its sister team, the Meralco Bolts, 113-107.
It was evident during the opening half, the Bolts several weeks break resulted to a cold shooting for coach Norman Black squad.
KaTropa took advantage of the opportunity and went blazing as they led as much as twenty points in the second quarter.
Thanks to the half-court shot made by Mike Tolomia, at least Meralco will only chase a 17-point opponent advantage.
After halftime, Bolts caught fire and outscored KaTropa in the third quarter and cuts the lead down to just two points, 76-78. However, Glen Rice Jr. and company found ways to restore the momentum back to them.
Jayson Castro led all the TNT locals with his 27 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists while their import Glen Rice Jr., added 32 points and 11 boards.

The late fourth quarter run of the Bolts led by Baser Amer wasn’t enough even to make a deadlock. Baser registered 21 points and 4 dimes.
Bolts import Allen Durham tried his best to get another win for his team but his 39 points and 24 rebounds wasn’t sufficient to reach their goal.
