Alaska Aces point guard Chris Banchero was rumored that he will be traded to Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok for a couple of big-men?
Yet, the lips of coach Jeffrey Cariaso is not yet ready to disclose the details about the rumored trade either if it’s true or not.
“Management won’t allow me to comment about it,” Cariaso said in a text sent to spin.ph.
Also, according to the story, Banchero will be traded to Rodney Brondial and Robbie Herndon.
Banchero joined the PBA after he was drafted by Alaska back in the 2014 Draft as the team’s fifth overall pick.
He took over the point guard position which may be the anchor of Alaska’s offense since the Johnny Abarrientos era.
Brondial and Herndon, on the other hand, are dependable big-men of coach Chito Victolero but both are getting few minutes this import-laden conference.
Plus, Marc Pingris seems not yet ready to give up his position and continues to prove that he still belongs in the league after he returned from injury.
