Idol Raffy Tulfo offered a 500K pesos reward money to those who can pinpoint the driver involved in a hit and run incident.

Last March 26 a road accident occurred along the Marcos Highway in Pasig City between a motorcycle and a car.

Mark Joseph Belen, the driver of the two-wheel vehicle sustained a foot injury however his wife Rossana Ugto is currently in a critical condition.

According to the doctor attending Ugto she only have 3% of survival.

The driver of the car is still unknown as well as the plate number of the car. Although the incident was captured in a dashcam of a nearby car but the details that can help locate the vehicle and its driver isn’t clear enough.

PNP will request for an original copy of the video and they’ll send it to Crame for enhancement in order to determine the plate number of the car.

Investigators will also look on other nearby CCTVs footage where they can use to link to that incident.
