Virgie Derla who works as an OFW in Dammam, KSA got rescued from her abusive employer in Dammam, KSA with the help of idol Raffy Tulfo.

The video call sent by the OFW was first seen in the program Aksyon sa Tanghali which also hosted by Mr. Tulfo.

According to the complaint, Ms. Derla was being maltreated and sexually abused by her employer.

Mr. Tulfo immediately called the attention of OWWA and explained the condition of the complainant. In the photo shown during the broadcast, Ms. Derla is now very thin compared to her before image.

“Kitang-kita naman po yung ebidensya ano po, yung before and after. Ang laki po nang pinangayat nitong ating worker,” Mr. Tulfo explained to the representative of OWWA.

“Ngayong araw pong ito, 5 o’clock their time wala na po yung ating worker nasa embahada na po natin,” Mr. Tulfo demanded.

Ms. Derla was successfully rescued and she’s now back in the Philippines. However, her life struggle didn’t stop from there.

She was visited by the team of Raffy Tulfo in action and found her current miserable life.

Without delay, the team offered another help and changed her life.
