Michelle Lhor Bana-ag refutes Wednesday allegations thrown at her by the close friends of Romeo “Tekla” Librada that during her pregnancy and even up to this day, she’s still using illegal drugs.
During the early part of the 31-minute video titled “PART 2 | TEKLA, IPINAGTANGGOL NG MGA KASAMAHAN NYA SA SHOWBIZ!,” Yeddha Pascual, field reporter of “Wanted Sa Radyo,” told Raffy Tulfo that after Bana-ag called the show on October 20, their team immediately went to the condominium where the heated confrontation between the complainant and the accused transpired, which was recorded and upload on social media sites.
According to Pascual, Bana-ag, who earlier complained about not receiving any support from Tekla and the consistent insufficiency of the food supply in their household, was given food and money. Pascual added that their team also drove Bana-ag, her child, nephews, sister to Don Galo, Paranaque City, where her relatives live. They would stay there for the meantime, added Pascual.
Tulfo then asked Pascual what about their conversation while travelling to Paranaque. Pascual stressed: “Sa katotohanan po ano po, habang nasa byahe po kasi kami… syempre po yung emosyon ni Ma’am Michelle eh nandon pa. Nagkukwento po sya sa amin. Isa po sa mga nabanggit nya, importanteng-importante eh meron po silang video na ipinakita po sa amin idol. Dito po sa video na to, mapapanood po natin malinaw na malinaw po… sinabi po ni si Sir Tekla doon na ni piso daw po eh wala syang ginastos. Ang sabi nya po kasi doon sa kausap nya sa telepono eh P400,000 po yung bill po ni “miracle baby” po. Pero ni piso daw po wala daw po syang ginastos dahil sinagot daw po ni Senator Bong Go.”
“Naramdaman lang po ni Ma’am Michelle na nai-kwento po sa amin… eh nagtataka po sya saan po napunta yung lahat ng donation na dinonate po ng mga tao para dito po sa kanilang anak. Dahil nabanggit nya po na isa po sa mga nagdonate sina Sir Michael v, Sir Willie Revillame, Senator Bong Revilla, pero ni piso po wala daw po syang nahawakan doon,” Pascual added.
Pascual further said, when inquired regarding the totality of the donations coming from celebrities for her “miracle child” with Tekla: “Wala daw po syang idea, dahil si Tekla lang daw po humahawak ng lahat ng pera at wala po syang alam kung magkano na po lahat-lahat nung natanggap pala ni baby.”
Not as emotional as her previous appearance in the show, Bana-ag echoed Pascual’s remarks, saying: “Lahat po ng bill ni baby sa hospital… sa PCMC (Philippine Children’s Medical Center) po… binayaran po lahat yon ni Senator Bong Go. As in lahat. Ultimo centavo po binayaran po lahat yon tapos po ang pinagtataka ko po is marami pong nagbigay kay baby ng cash. Sila Michael V po… pero po hindi ko po alam kung magkano totally binigay tapos ano po… meron pa pong pag nagla-live po sya, may nagpapadala po sa kanya sa Gcash P15,000… P2,000. Hindi ko po alam kung saan po lahat napunta.”
“Hindi ko po hinahabol yung pera para po sa akin. Ang inaano ko po para po don sa future po ng anak ko. Kasi gumawa po sya ng bank account. Ngayon po yung bank account eh nasabi nya po hanggang P30,000 na lang daw po. Eh sa dami daw po ng nagdonate yung P30,000 po na yon parang binigay lang po siguro yon mga last year po. May nagbigay po dalawang magkapatid… nasa iba pong bansa, P15,000, yung isa po P15,000 din. Eh nasan po yung the rest, diba po?” asked Bana-ag, adding that the donations were probably used in paying her Tekla’s car and condominium.
Raffy Tulfo in Action team tried calling Tekla to hear his side. The GMA artist comedian, however, didn’t answer. The team also bared that they tried to reach out to Tekla’s manager; however, they aren’t answering as well. The team also asked for GMA 7, where the accused was currently working; however, they told the team that their legal department would be the one that is going to speak on their behalf.
The situation further intensified when Tekla’s close friends, Donita Nose and Ogie Diaz, shared what they know, as told by Tekla to them. Donita Nose alleged that Bana-ag is still using illegal drugs even up to this day. Donita also said that Bana-ag would oftentimes go to the casino to gamble.
