Here is the choosen import of San Miguel Beermen that will reinforce their 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup bid.
Charles Rhodes
The 2017 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Best Import is set to return with the San Miguel Beermen this second conference.
Rhodes helped the Beermen secured its championship trophy in that year which also stirred another grand slam for the franchise.
The 33-year-old energetic player wasn’t able to rejoin the Beermen in 2018 as he was still comitted with his Korean team at that time.
The result, San Miguel struggled with their first import with Troy Gillenwater and was later replaced with Renaldo Balkman.
Even with the Puerto Rican and former New York Knicks player, Balkman failed to protect the title and surrendered to Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in Game Six of the Finals.
With Rhodes back in San Miguel helm, indeed the mighty becoming more mightier.
