The San Miguel Beermen is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok at 7:00 P.M. on October 11, 2019 live from the SM Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City.
Both the Hotshots and the Beermen wanted to extend their respective winning streaks when the 2019 PBA Governors’ Cup continues this evening at the MOA Arena.
San Miguel’s quest for their second grand slam will have a much tougher test tonight versus the defending champion.
In the Beermen’s first two outings, they had no problem disposing of the Phoenix Pulse Fuel Masters and the Alaska Aces as they went victorious by winning a double-digit advantage.
Yet, in their most recent outing when the squad of coach Leo Austria traveled to Dubai, they had a tough battle against the rejuvenated NLEX Road Warriors.
Dez Wells led SMB offense at the crucial moment of the game and helped his squad to keep their record stay stain-free. His scoring domination is expected again tonight.
For Magnolia on the other hand, having great tandem with their import will be one of their strengths for them to snag another victory and stretch their winning streak to four.
“Ang lamang siguro namin sa San Miguel is the fact that we have a good chemistry with Romeo Travis,” said Hotshots head coach Chito Victolero.
