San Miguel (SMB) vs TNT KaTropa Game 6 Finals | August 16, 2019 | PBA Live Streaming – 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup

The San Miguel Beermen is scheduled for a head-to-head championship round Game 6 against the TNT KaTropa at 7:00 P.M. on August 16, 2019 live from the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.

The KaTropa will do its very best to extend the series to Game 7 while the Beermen wanted to prevent it and take home the championship trophy when the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals resumes this evening at the Big Dome.

TNT’s back is on the wall after their fourth-quarter collapse in Game 5.

They surrendered their 16-point lead to the Beermen when the troops of SMB’s head coach Leo Austria started to play intense defense.

They had locked down the reigning TNT’s Best Import Terrence Jones in the final period where he was only held to three points after a massive 32 markers in the first three quarters.

Coach Austria decided to bench June Mar Fajardo in that final canto as he put Christian Standhardinger to be the Jones stopper.

“Okay lang yun. Ganda-ganda ng dinepensa niya eh. Yun naman yung gameplan namin, siya yung de-depensa kay Terrence Jones. So ayun, nag-work kanina. Thankful kami,” said Fajardo.

It’s obvious the San Miguel will also do its best to avoid the rubber match Game 7 as well as the momentum shift. They’ll try to finish it this evening.

“One more game, we’ll come ready to play, be mentally locked in, not let it go to a Game 7,” said SMB’s import McCullough.

However, the team that finished first in the elimination round and have the two best players this conference, for sure TNT will go out and will be in their first form going to tonight’s crucial match.

Terrence Jones isn’t ready to go home yet and wanted one more battle with the Beermen.

“It’s either win or be done and I’m not ready to be done,” Jones said.
