The San Miguel Beermen is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the TNT KaTropa at 7:00 P.M. on November 20, 2019 live from Ynares Center-Antipolo in the City of Antipolo.

Both the Beermen and the KaTropa wanted to take the last spot of the tournament’s top-four. Yet, only one of them will be granted and the reward for the winner is a twice-to-beat advantage in the quarterfinals.

A piece of news broke out several days ago that there was a commotion that took place during SMB practice which involved their import Dez Wells, Arwind Santos, Ronald Tubid and Kelly Nabong.

According to coach Leo Austria, those issues are now sorted as they return to action and meet their 2019 PBA Commissioners’ Cup rival, the TNT KaTropa.

“Nahilot na,” said coach Austria.

The only thing that remains unanswered, who will be the import of the grand slam seeking franchise this evening.

According to the news, the PBA Commissioner’s office didn’t get any notification from San Miguel with regard to import change. With that, it is still expected that the Beermen will be reinforced by John Holland.

For Talk ‘N Text on the other hand, after losing Jayson Castro due to an injury, the squad of coach Bong Ravena also went downhill.

Despite the blockbuster trade where they were able to acquire Bobby Ray Parks, still, the KaTropa’s losing woes continue.

Tonight will be their chance to regain their winning momentum and if they’re successful then they’ll have the win-once advantage in the first round of the playoffs.
