Senator Grace Poe Strikes Davao Mayor Duterte On His Human Rights Records

National People’s Coalition Presidential bet Senator Grace Poe strikes Mayor Rodrigo Duterte with regards to his human rights records during the commemoration of International Human Rights Day held yesterday.

The disqualified presidential candidate didn’t speak about the name of Davao Mayor but it is seems obvious in her statement.

Senator Grace Poe informed the Filipino people to be wise on choosing the next head of the nation, this leader should upholds and not merely respect the human rights in the face of difficulties.

The adopted daughter of Susan Roces and King of Philippine Cinema, Fernando Poe Jr., was cited as saying “A government or people who abuse human rights are violating international human rights and have no right to lead our country” .

Davao City incumbent Mayor Rodrigo Duterte made news earlier after he toppled the previous popularity polls front runner Senator Grace Poe following the Mayor formally declared his desire to run for President whilst Senator Grace Poe was announced by the Comelec Second Division as a disqualified candidate.

While in the gathering at the International Human Rights Day, she mentioned that if a government permits the right of constituents to be disregarded, it can’t guide the public, Poe said. Everybody should enjoy these rights, whether rich or poor, she said. “Everybody should be included and nobody should be left behind. This includes the right to choose a leader,” Poe said.
