PBA will have its Skills Challenge which will start at 4:30 P.M. on March 29, 2019 live from the Calasiao Sports and Cultural Center, Pangasinan.

The awards for the 2019 Obstacle Challenge, Three-Point Shootout and Slam Dunk contest are up for grabs this afternoon.

Rain or Shine Elasto Painters big-man Beau Belga will try to defend his crown and prove once again that despite his built, he can run the floor and play like a point guard.

June Mar Fajardo (San Miguel), Mo Tautuaa (NorthPort), Kyle Pascual (Magnolia), Jose (Blackwater), Noy Baclao (Alaska), Marion Magat (NLEX), Prince Caperal (Barangay Ginebra), Bryan Faundo (Meralco), Yousef Taha (TnT Katropa), Russel Escoto (Columbian Dyip) and Justine Chua (Phoenix) will try to outrace Belga and stop him for winning back-to-back trophies.

James Yap is coming back in the Three-Point shootout contest and eyeing for his third trophy as the three-point king in the PBA.

Marcio Lassiter (San Miguel), Pogoy (TnT Katropa), Wright (Phoenix), Ferrer (Barangay Ginebra), Mike Digregorio (Blackwater), Philip Paniamogan (NLEX), Robert Bolick (NorthPort), Simon Enciso (Alaska), Peter June Simon (Magnolia), McCarthy (Columbian Dyip), and Baser Amer (Meralco) are the other contenders who will make an attempt to be this year’s best outside shooter.

Rey Guevarra is targeting to tie with KG Canaleta for having the most wins in the Slam Dunk contest.

Last year he surprised the crowd with the over-the-motorcycle-of-JC-Intal dunk.

This year’s version of the contest in Calasiao he will be challenged by Renz Palma (Blackwater), Lervin Flores (NorthPort), Perez (Columbian Dyip), and Chris Newsome (Meralco).
