PBA players Mo Tautuaa and CJ Perez will team-up with amateurs Alvin Pasaol and Joshua Munzon for the upcoming 2020 FIBA 3X3 Olympic Qualifying Tournament scheduled next month.
The said news was confirmed by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas and it will be their official lineup of Gilas Pilipinas for the FIBA 3X3 OQT which will be held in Bangalore, India next month on March 18 to 22.
Perez and Tautuaa helped Gilas to sweep and win the gold medal of the 3×3 in the 30th Southeast Asian Games along with Chris Newsome and Jason Perkins.
Munzon and Pasaol on the other hand, both young guns are active in participating in 3×3 basketball events either here in the Philippines or abroad. Pasaol, the former go-to-guy of the University of the East Red Warriors in UAAP decided to skip the most recent PBA draft and the 3×3, as well as the MPBL, are his new two destinations.
