TNT KaTropa import Terrence Jones is the recipient of the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup Best Import plaque.
Jones helped led the TNT squad back to the PBA promise land with his stellar performance at this conference.
The former Houston Rockets forward lead Talk ‘N Text finished first in the elimination round notching 11-1.
He also topped the league almost on all departments. Jones averaged 33.7 points, 16.1 rebounds, 7.7 assists, 1.4 steals and 3.1 swats in the elims.
In the playoffs, they able to survive the threat of the Alaska Aces in the first round then allowed Barangay Ginebra San Miguel to only win one against them.
Now that he won this elusive individual award given for foreign hires, only one hardware left for him to grab and that’s the 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup trophy.
