Just like what team manager Gee Abanilla mentioned yesterday, the former scoring champion is expected to be with the Beermen.

Romeo was formally intorduced by Robert Non, SMB’s board of governor to the entire squad along with new acquisition Paul Zamar and their balik-SMB Ronald Tubid.

According to spin.ph, Romeo already doing his shooting together with assistant coach Biboy Ravanes before the actual start of their team practice at the Acropolis Greens.

Romeo was acquired by SMB after TNT puts the former Far Eastern University standout to their trade list.

There was a rumor earlier that he was petitioned by his former teammates in KaTropa that he should be shipped out as he is ruining their team chemistry.

Romeo will now try to blend his game and be a compliment to guys like Christian Standhardinger, Arwind Santos, Alex Cabagnot, Marcio Lassiter and most importantly to June Mar Fajardo who is the Beermen’s go-to-guy.
