Typhoon ‘Rolly’ Expected To Reach ‘Typhoon Level’, Will Not Intensify Into A ‘Super Typhoon’ — NDRRMC

Rolly is expected to reach typhoon level and that it will not intensify into a supertyphoon, said National Disaster Risk Reduction on Management Council (NDRRMC) executive director Undersecretary Ricardo Jalad on Friday.

Furthermore, Rolly is expected to make landfall in Catanduanes or Polillo Island, said Jalad, citing the latest information from the state weather bureau PAGASA. The NDRRMC official also mentioned that Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Pangasinan, and Zambales might be directly affected by the typhoon.
