The Valenzuela SPV TOP Marketplace is scheduled for a head-to-head game against the Nueva Ecija MiGuard at 4:00 P.M. on July 5, 2019 live from the San Andres Sports Complex, Malate, Manila City.
The SPV TOP Marketplace is looking to get their third straight victories while the MiGuard will try to end their two-game losing skid when the 2019 MPBL Lakan Cup resumes this afternoon at the San Andres Sports Complex.
The Valenzuela squad were able to hold their ground against the attack of the Quezon City Capitals in their last outing.
They used the rebounding category as one of their strategies for them to secure the victory, they out-rebounded the QC group, 62-47.

For the Nueva Ecija squad on the other hand, if not that 12 against 26 points of the Biñan City Laguna Heroes they might have won the game.
As a result, they played catch-up for the rest of the second half but the Heroes also had their antidotes as they bagged the victory.
Six MiGuard players scored in double-digit points in that June 29 match led by Pari Llagas who tallied with 19 markers and nine rebounds.
A little bit of adjustment maybe needed for them to end their back-to-back losing slump.
