Negros Occidental bet Ms. Vickie Rushton has almost took home all of the special awards in the second set.

Ms. Rushton was named as the Gandang Palaban 2019, Miss World Balance 2019 and Miss Cream Silk. The other award, Binibining Megawide 2019 went to Ms. Bataan Bea Patricia Magtanong.
