According to PAGASA, a tropical depression has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Thursday morning.
The weather bureau gave it the name “Marilyn” after its PAR entrance at 9:30 AM.

Also according to news, large portion of the Philippines will experience heavy rains due to tropical depression “Marilyn” and southwest monsoon.
The tropical depression was spotted 1,175 Km East North East of Casiguaran, Aurora. It has strong winds at 55 KPH, gusts at 70 KPH and it moves NorthWest at the speed of 20 KPH.
