Classes for both public and private schools are suspended in select areas on Monday, November 18, 2019 due to bad weather brought by tropical storm “Ramon” (international name Kalmaegi).

According to the news bulletin of PAGASA, at 4:00 PM this afternoon, the tropical storm was spotted 285 km East Northeast of Casiguram Aurora.
TS Ramon current maximum win/gust is at 65 kph / up to 80 kph and it is moving west at 15kph from 10kph earlier.
Cloudy to scattered rainfalls are expected in the next 24 hours in the areas of Cordillera and in Cagayan Valley. In the Ilocos Region, northeast monsoon may bring slight rainfall in the area.
In Metro Manila and to the rest of the country are expected to have a fair weather condition but there may be scattered rain due to localized thunderstorms.
