A social media user has published a video of a forming tornado in Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport in Tacloban City, Leyte yesterday.
Based on the uploader, Yna Chavez Cuayzon, the forming tornado didn’t trigger any damage in the area. Yna on the other hand was concerned that it would probably turn out to be yet another Yolanda disaster.
On Saturday, at around 3:41 p.m., Cuayzon published a video clip on her Facebook account proving what appears to be a developing tornado in Tacloban City’s Daniel Z. Romualdez airport. Based on Tuayzon, the situation occurred twenty minutes prior to she was able to upload the video.
She added a caption that she is grateful to God that it did not developed into a real tornado. She also said that she was worried for her kids as she is “too far”. Cuayzon furthermore added that it could have been another tragedy if it did reach the place where she was.
“2 years [and a] half of devastation of Yolanda [and here we are almost having it again],” she said.
The video in her facebook account received more than 22K as of this writing and has been shared more than 1K. It has been recently grabbed by a number of Facebook pages and was even uploaded to YouTube by several online news channel.
It can be remembered that Yolanda claimed the lives of a large number of individuals approximately three years back. In November 8, 2013, the super-typhoon made its landing in the Philippines, with one of the most strongest impact occurred at the provinces of Samar and Leyte. The death count reached 6,300 people, and dead bodies continue to show-up despite the tragedy have passed two months later.
